We invite you to join us at a conference-hosted hors d'oeuvres reception at the Monkey Bar at Bistro 63 on April 16, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m. The Monkey Bar is located at 63 North Pleasant St. in downtown Amherst.

VOTING INFORMATION
The author (or authors) of the best research paper will receive a single $1,000 prize. The creator (or creators) of the best YouTube poster/research presentation will also receive a single prize of $1,000.
Where do I vote?
All voting will take place through the conference website: http://youtubeandthe2008election.jitp2.net/. Votes must be received by 3:45 PM on April 17th.
How do I vote?
Click on the presentation or poster you want to vote for. Look for the rating system underneath the paper or poster abstract. Select the number of stars you want to give to the paper or poster.
Can I change my vote?
Yes. You can simply select a new number of stars at any time throughout the conference to change your vote. This will not submit a 2nd vote; it will void your 1st vote. All changes must be submitted by 3:45 PM on April 17th.
How is the winner selected?
The winner will be the paper or poster with the highest star rating at the end of the conference.
How will I know if I win?
Winners will be announced during the conference closing on April 17.
